It was with great sadness that I learned of the death of Lord Rodger. During his long and distinguished career Lord Rodger had dedicated himself to justice. He made what can only be described as an outstanding contribution to the law of Scotland during his time as an Advocate and member of the judiciary. I’m sure that he will be very much missed within legal circles.
My thoughts are with his family at this sad time for them.
