Scots Law News carries an entry about the Naked Rambler (once again). This time it reports that he has been moved from Saughton Prison (Edinburgh) to Barlinnie (Glasgow) where he has been placed in the segregation unit.

The newspaper which initially carried bthe story makes a lot of fuss about the cost to the taxpayer as well as a comment from a Tory MSP that appears to ask why Gough is even in prison in the first place (despite the fact he consistantly ignores the courts and has been found guilty of contempt four times).

The Newspaper and Scots Law News both report that the police had allegedly made a deal with Gough to take him accross the English border to release him (presumably because Scottish Police and judges are fed up dealing with him and to let their English neighbours take their turn)
