I blogged towards the end of April about the student at the University of Aberdeen who worked part time as a stripper and was arrested for carrying an offensive weapon and impersonating a police officer. The impersonation charges were dropped by the Procurator Fiscal and the remaining charge was thrown out by the Sheriff sitting at Aberdeen Sheriff Court.
The crown appealed the decision of the Sheriff to throw out the charges and were not successful.
I said at the time that once the full opinion of the court had been uploaded I would link to it, and true to my word you can find it here
